We have full time and part time vacancies in our Children and Family Services department for Level 3 Qualified Practitioners to join our team of childcare professionals. In our nursery, we have 2 Full time (37.5 or 40hpw) vacancies and 1 part-time (30/34hpw) vacancy. In our Outdoor learning cabin, we have a part-time opportunity to join our ‘Farm Adventurers’ team (1 x 9hpw split across 2 mornings).

The Farm Adventurers role does not require a Level 3 qualification however, early years experience is desirable and a Forest School qualification or experience would be really valuable.

If you are interested in creating a great indoor and outdoor learning environment for the children aged 0-5 years attending our setting, building trusting relationships with their parents and carers, please apply.  If you want to give children a valuable start in life, a great early year’s education and help them to develop their social skills in a safe and caring environment that promotes learning through play, then we would love to hear from you.

What we offer

  • Support and guidance through working with a dedicated childcare team.
  • To expand your knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage with training and support.
  • Employee programme which covers good practice elements such as workplace wellbeing, workplace culture, competitive pay and benefits – not forgetting 10% staff discount in our award-winning café!
  • Access to all the resources the farm has to offer.
