Children’s Nursery

Set in four and a half acres of green space, the city farm nursery provides a unique experience for children (0-5 years) to learn and flourish through interacting with nature.

The nursery building itself was specifically designed with this purpose in mind and each room opens out into private gardens and play areas.

Choosing the city farm nursery for your child, doesn’t just mean welly walks, mud kitchens and egg collecting – you’ll also become part of a thriving local community, where parents are encouraged to get involved.

Please note a £20 administration fee is applied to all new waiting list applications. This is non-refundable and helps cover the administration costs of managing the waiting lists. It is not and should not be seen as a guarantee of, or deposit on, a place.

Please be aware we currently have longer waiting lists for places for children aged 3 and under.

Work for us

Over the past three years we have successfully achieved the Bristol Standard, a self-evaluation framework that supports settings to develop and improve the quality of provision. In July 2019 the Nursery was inspected by Ofsted and received a judgement of Good.

Please contact us at info@windmillhillcityfarm.org.uk if you’d like to be involved in farm fundraising.
