Since being founded in the mid-1970s, Windmill Hill City Farm has provided an oasis in the city for its visitors. The productive gardens are a joy to behold with crops and flowers growing all year round and the farm animals are popular with children and adults alike. A stroll around acts as a great antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life.
As well as being a popular day out, the farm provides an excellent opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about farming and sustainable food production.
