Shake the Dust is not just another fitness class. It’s a unique blend of shaking, jumping, high-intensity movement, bodyweight training, yoga, pilates, somatics, dance and intuitive movement, all set to energising music. This one-of-a-kind class is designed to make you feel better physically and mentally. 

Shake the Dust will, at best, deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, sweat, and a robust and resilient body. 

Sam, our experienced yoga instructor, has been teaching for six years. She has worked with clients of all ages and abilities and teaches in various community spaces and yoga studios in South Bristol. Having previously taught in Stroud, Gloucestershire, Sam is excited to bring Shake the Dust to South Bristol.
