
Pregnancy Yoga at The Farm
Join a small group of just 8 pregnant people for a 6-week journey of movement, breath, and connection.
These classes aren’t about big postures or “strong” poses – they’re about feeling steady, supported, and empowered in your changing body.
Each week will incorporate a gentle sharing circle, creating space to check in and get to know one another. Over the weeks, you’ll move, breathe, and relax together – building strength, easing pregnancy aches, and finding moments of calm, while also enjoying the unique connection of journeying alongside the same group each week.
