This meditative, floor-based practice gently targets the connective tissue, joints and nervous system through held poses, inviting you to release tension and reconnect with body and mind.
These sessions are gentle floor-based practices that focus on releasing into held postures for several minutes at a time, stimulating the body’s deeper layers (connective tissue, joints and bones). Â
Gentle Yin yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.Â
