Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Free, regular sessions to introduce people to the benefits of meditation.

Sahaja Yoga is not about physical exercises, it’s about the subtle system which lies within each of us. The Kundalini energy gently rises from the sacrum bone and spontaneously takes us into meditation, a state of thoughtless awareness which is peaceful, silent and in the moment. It is a completely natural experience which can be felt on the central nervous system.

Regular meditation can help us become more balanced and integrated – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We feel much more our true self. We are a registered charity and our informal sessions are run by friendly volunteers who have many years of experience in this yoga.

Normally we sit on chairs so there is no need to bring mats or wear any special clothing. Just bring yourself!
