What is Mid-week Medicine?

The intention of MWM is to realign, reinvigorate and relax the nervous system through a combination of movement (yoga and shaking out) breathing exercises, humming to stimulate and workout the vagus nerve (to keep it in top condition to help you stay calm when challenging moments arise) and finally a mini sound bath so you can completely surrender and allow your cells to settle and soak up all the good you just achieved. It’s a bit like a mini mind and body retreat in the middle of the week!
