Brave Movement is a workout that trains both your mind and body, combining strength training with meditation, breathwork and somatic exercises. This unique combination aims to make your weekly workout do more for you than help you reach new fitness goals, but becomes a experiential practice that empowers you to find emotional and physical strength, resilience and freedom.

Who: suitable for all fitness levels
