EVERYTHING you need to know to prepare for a positive birth! Join this award-winning group Hypnobirthing course with local midwife and hypnobirthing mum-of-two Laura as your guide and cheerleader throughout your sessions and up until the birth of your gorgeous baby.

You will benefit from absolutely balanced antenatal information and invaluable tools and techniques, all delivered in a very down-to-earth way. Far from airy-fairy, this is a very carefully designed programme incorporating real and honest insider insights to ensure that you and your partner will feel ready, confident and excited for whatever labour and birth brings!
