Visit Us

Windmill Hill City Farm is a 4.5-acre green space in South Bristol.

On site, you’ll find community gardens, a variety of farm animals, a play area, picnic areas and a café and farm shop.

We also have a children’s nursery and indoor and outdoor spaces to hire, including a 5-a-side football pitch.

We’re open seven days a week all through the year (including bank holidays) with the exception of a short period over Christmas, the dates of which are confirmed annually.

All public areas of the farm are fully accessible, though some of the paths can be a bit muddy when it’s wet. The visitor centre is staffed Monday to Friday and can provide all the information you need about using the site.

Entrance to the site is free, but we’re a charity and encourage donations.
