Martial Arts: Bristol Shorinji Kempo Dojo
Group classes teaching the Japanese martial art of Shorinji Kempo, which focuses on three benefits of healthy mind, healthy body, and self defence.
Baby Massage
Bristol baby massage is a six-week course building up a full-body baby massage routine that incorporates nurturing touch, massage, reflexology, and tummy time techniques.
Supper Club
Every Tuesday evening from 5-7pm, we serve a hot, nutritious, home-cooked meal in the café. Whether you’re looking for a warm bite to eat, a night off from cooking, or a place to meet with friends. Our Supper Club is open to everyone, and best of all - it’s free!
Bump to Cradle: Antenatal Classes
At Bump to Cradle antenatal courses, you will hear from several experts and have the opportunity to make friends with local parents
