Wild Brew Workshop

Join Andy Hamilton, author of "Booze for Free"and "The Selfsufficientish Bible", BBC Autumnwatch's Forager and all round nice bloke as he teaches you how to make booze for free - well how to make alcohol cheaply. The course is aimed at novices or beginners. From liquors, to beer to wines Andy will take you through them all in a good-humoured manner, answering questions as he goes along. If the weather permits there will also be an opportunity to nip out and pick some herbs to make traditional ales.
