Join Sophie for weekday Yin Yoga classes in The Studio. 

These sessions are gentle floor-based practices that focus on releasing into held postures for several minutes at a time, stimulating the body’s deeper layers (connective tissue, joints and bones).  

Yin is a deeply relaxing, meditative style of yoga and can be an excellent accompaniment to more active forms of exercise for those wishing to balance busy lifestyles with a practice that is centred around slowing down and cultivating mindfulness.

Gentle Yin yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
