Complimentary food and drinks will be provided. (Vegan options available).

All members are encouraged to attend the meeting or to appoint a proxy to attend. Children are welcome.

Election of Trustees
One third of trustees must retire by rotation at the AGM. This year Sally Jones, Susie Dunham, and Jon Lund will stand down. Susie and Jon wish to be re-elected and Sally has decided not to go up for re-election.

Three directors have been co-opted in the year and must stand for election: Ben Thomas, Louisa Mafeld, and Karina Joseph.

Other business
The meeting includes a presentation of the annual report and accounts. Following the formal business there will be an update on current developments at the farm. There is also a chance for members to ask questions of the trustees and CEO.
