Hatha is a practice combining postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness to prepare the body for meditation and relaxation. Moving through the poses with ease in the body, but staying focused in the mind.
Improve posture, gain strength and build confidence on the mat, taking it into your everyday life.
Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Jo’s classes are designed to suit all abilities, encouraging you to listen to your body and move into postures finding the right balance between effort and ease. You will be guided to step away from your busy mind and feel into body sensations.
Focusing on self awareness and working towards finding your own inner stillness.
