A strong, rejuvenating and dynamic style of yoga which is challenging and rewarding. Space and time is included for relaxation. You will be offered different options to suit your level. Mats are provided.

All levels of experience except complete beginners. A good level of fitness is required.

£40 five class pass (valid for eight weeks) / £35 monthly membership (unlimited classes)

She has been practicing yoga for many years and is known for her natural and intuitive approach to teaching. She welcomes all levels of ability and caters specifically to the needs of individual students. She is an attentive teacher who shares her passion and knowledge with warmth and kindness.
