Mum and Baby Yoga

Postnatal yoga is the perfect way to start exercising again after the birth of your baby. Many women are keen to start getting “back in shape” following childbirth, but it is essential that this is done in a careful way – building strength from the inside out, before going back to high impact exercise.

These classes focus on repairing and strengthening the core muscles, and the pelvic floor which are put under a lot of pressure during pregnancy and childbirth. You can then move on to more intense exercise, safe in the knowledge that you know how to protect your post-baby body.

Life with a new baby is very busy! You will learn simple exercises, techniques, movements and songs which you can use in every day life, which your baby will love as much as you do.

Mondays 10am to 11:15am

Classes are suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, and 8 weeks after a cesarean birth
