Yoga classes

Yoga is good for you in so many ways. It can lower stress, increase flexibility, benefit breathing, reduce blood pressure, improve mood and so much more. Courses suitable for all-comers are held at the City Farm several times a year.

In addition, one-off yoga workshops for families or children or yoga classes for specific activities such as cycling are sometimes held.

Yoga for Everyone

This safe and effective yoga class includes easy movement, stretching and breathing. Suitable for everyone, including complete beginners. Students are encouraged to come along and experience how yoga can help relax and improve a sense of wellbeing.

Time: 12.45pm to 2.15pm
Sessions: 10
Cost: £55 (may be reduced for those on an income-related benefit – see this page)
For: this course is suitable for beginners and improvers. Please note that you must be over 18 years old to enrol on a WEA course.
