This small group baby/toddler yoga five week course is suitable for mobile babies up to two years old. Each session will incorporate gentle stretching and movements with song.
Baby Yoga helps to build co-ordination and balance whilst assisting babies’ physical, emotional and social development. There are benefits too for the digestive system and aiding with sleep.
The course is primarily aimed at helping to enhance a baby’s physical and cognitive development but there are also moves for parents – these help you to focus on strengthening your core muscles, improving posture and balance with a deep relaxation with the babies at the end of each class.
