A guided yoga practice combining movement with breath, a variety of postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness. Ending with meditation and relaxation.
Saturdays 10 – 11am at Windmill Hill City Farm
£10 drop in, or £50 for a six class pass (valid for 3 months)

What to expect:
Jo’s yoga classes are designed to suit all abilities, offering a nurturing experience with some elements of challenge.
She will guide you to focus your awareness inwards and move in a way that feels right for your body, finding the right balance between strength, softness, effort and ease.
Taking time to step away from your busy mind and become aware of what you feel in the present moment. Cultivating moments of stillness throughout the practice.
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and absolutely love sharing it’s wonderful benefits. My style is grounding and intuitive. I have completed my 200 hours of yoga teacher training which specialised in hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga. It doesn’t matter if you’re not flexible, come and try a class and see what you think. My classes are designed to suit everyone 🙂
