Yoga builds strength and flexibility, and helps us to find stillness and clarity in our busy lives.
I love yoga! It’s got me through some tough times and helped me to find more compassion and creativity in my life. I’ve been practising for nearly 15 years and have over 500 hours of teacher training specialising in hatha, vinyasa and tantra flow and integrating qi gong and somatic movement. My style is playful and intuitive. I really believe yoga is for everyone, so if you’re new to the practice, or working with tension or old injuries, don’t be shy, there is something for you. See you on the mat!
“Dil is one of my favourite teachers. Her tone is calm, and she offers adjustments and insights which support progress in your practice. I always leave refreshed!”
“Dil has an amazing presence and her classes are deeply energising and relaxing – may sound a contradiction but it’s true! Dil is deeply knowledgable yet very approachable and she guides us through our practice with joy and confidence….I can’t recommend her highly enough and there’s always delicious moments when we all laugh about something which is also lovely!!”
