Sahaja Yoga meditation is a natural and spontaneous process that can transform our lives for the better. It’s not about physical exercises, it is about the discovery of a subtle system which lies within each of us.

Through meditating regularly we can become much more peaceful, balanced and integrated and feel much more our true self.

Please wear a mask to the session, in-keeping with the farm’s request that people continue to wear masks indoors.
