Strong Women’s Club: An introduction to strength training

Strong Women’s Club is a women’s only 6 -week resistance and strength training course. Join a small group of like-minded women to improve your physical and mental strength. No experience necessary, you will be guided through the course according to your own abilities and personal goals.

The course will take place in LUP’s eco-friendly studio based at Windmill Hill City Farm. The studio is built with natural materials and full of plants to create a welcoming and unique environment.

What to expect:

– Bodyweight Training

– Resistance Band Training

– Weight Lifting e.g. Squats, Deadlifts

– Exercises to meet all abilities

– Step by step knowledge and guidance
