Strong Women’s Club II: intermediate strength training

Strong Women’s Club II is a women’s only 8 -week resistance and strength training course for women’s with previous lifting experience. We create a small group setting for women looking to take their training to the next level, get into a fitness routine and join a community of like minded people! This course is perfect for you if you’ve had previous experience of lifting weights but no looking to increase your knowledge, technique and strength. However, we cater for mixed abilities and most importantly ensure you achieve your personal goal.

The course will take place in LUP’s eco-friendly studio, built with natural materials and full of plants to create a welcoming and unique environment.  

What to expect:

– Weight lifting movements e.g. Bench press, deadlifts etc
– Kettlebell Training
– Dumbbell Training
– Engagement and activation exercises
– Step by step guidance to take you to the next level
