Exercise Class for over 60s
Join us for a 6-week block of joint-friendly, gentle exercise classes designed to improve your balance, mobility and strength.
It’s low-impact with no floor work – all to fabulous music that will get you moving. You can do the class seated or standing, with a focus on building your confidence in how you move so you can live life to the full. A brilliant boost for body and mind!
