Cooking for Wellbeing

Cooking for Wellbeing is a free 6-week course for anyone who identifies as having mild to moderate mental health challenges and wishes to improve their wellbeing through cooking in a social setting.

Suitable for those aged 18 years or older

Fridays 10am to 1pm, 13th September – 18th August 2023

If travel costs are a barrier to participation we do have some budget to support with this – please ask for more details.
