Barre Class

Join Ceci Opal in The Studio for Barre. This class is a dynamic and varied combination of movement inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, and Ballet. It works on the entire body in a fun, rhythmic way that builds strength and stability and, over time, can also increase flexibility. Most importantly, it’s about staying present, challenging our bodies, and feeling good.

At times, it will be at a barre, standing, kneeling, or on the floor. At times, we will use props, get silly, and challenge our coordination, but no jumping or high impact is required. We will work hard; however, this class is all about making it as inclusive and accessible as possible.
