No school pond?
Short of areas for investigating habitats?
Try “Mini Beast Madness” and bring learning outside the classroom!
Whilst exploring different habitats on the farm, children will take a closer look at the world of mini beasts.
We will go on a pond dipping, woodland wandering adventure, looking for and learning about mini beasts.
“Pond dipping was the best afternoon our class had all year. We’ll be back to try the other sessions.”
Reception Class Teacher
“The knowledge of the farm combined with clear understanding of the new National Curriculum meant that the children had exciting and relevant learning opportunities.”
Year 2 Class Teacher
“I hadn’t used the farm as a teacher before, but I would do again! It was brilliant. Facilities very impressive.”
