Due to the coronavirus pandemic, scheduled Bristol Wellbeing College sessions have been cancelled until further notice. However, the College is busy creating wellbeing video sessions and online resources for anyone interested in looking after their mental health and wellbeing at this challenging time. Virtual Wellbeing College

Bristol Wellbeing College offers a range of wellbeing sessions free of charge to people receiving support from any of the organisations involved in the delivery of Bristol Mental Health services, along with carers of people receiving support from these services.

Some of their sessions are held at the farm and these are listed below. In summary:

  • green sessions are for people who are beginning their recovery
  • blue sessions are for people who have begun to take steps towards making positive changes
  • pink sessions are for people who have reached a stage in their recovery where they feel comfortable with self-reflection
