Although our monthly Inclusive Sports sessions remain cancelled until further notice, I’d like to make you aware of some great online resources that can help us to stay active, while we stay at home.
Access Sport are putting together a weekly list of inclusive activities you can try at home during Lockdown. Here is the latest update which they will be updating regularly:
Sport England tell us: “…as you now find yourself spending more time at home, and if you feel well, there’s a wealth of free online content to help you get active – we’re collating some of this and are encouraging people to share some of the best ideas they find online using #StayInWorkOut. We’ve also set up this page directing you to some of these.” It’s a great resource full of a wide range of free resources.
This is a collaborative project between Windmill Hill City Farm and Access Sport that allows people to try something new, be active and have fun.
