Pre-School Lead Practitioner

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to supporting all the children to achieve and develop in this exclusive environment. We want you to join us in creating a great indoor and outdoor learning environment for the children and building trusting relationships with their parents.

Your day will include access to a range of experiences including outdoor play spaces, training opportunities and the farm facilities allowing each day to be different and exciting! We’ll help you to further develop your knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage with training and support.

Pre-School Lead Practitioner

to work with children aged 3 to 5 in our day care nursery
Days: Monday to Friday – different shifts each day
Hours: 40 hours per week all year round
Salary: £20,571 per annum (£9.89 per hour)

Anticipated pay increase in April 2020

Qualifications and experience

  • Essential: Early Years Foundation Degree, EYT, QTS or an Early Years Degree (we would consider any candidate working towards one of these)
  • Desirable – Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience – a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an Early Years setting (preferably leading a room)
