Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (3-5 yrs)

Our friendly and dedicated team of child-care professionals enjoy the unique setting of our nursery on one of the UK’s leading city farms. As well as offering a beautiful environment, we have a wide range of resources and educational opportunities on our doorstep.

Over the past few years, we have been able to expand our provision to support 2-year funded families and families that are eligible for the 30-hour funding. This expansion has allowed us to create more qualified level 3 practitioner positions. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and committed practitioners who wish to thrive in their role through training and support, and to offer children great indoor and outdoor learning experiences in our very special setting.

We offer 25 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays. We have 5 in-service days each year, in which we offer staff training and we close between the Christmas and New Year. We invest in continual professional development and all staff have regular supervisions, appraisals and support. We believe in the importance of staff wellbeing and have achieved a rating of Excellence across all areas of the Workplace Wellbeing Charter.

We have successfully achieved the Bristol Standard and received amazing feedback on the work we do. We are currently rated ‘Good’ with Ofsted.

Please get in touch for more information about our career opportunities.
