Windmill Hill City Farm, in the heart of south Bristol, is a charity that aims to improve the health, wellbeing and confidence of people in the local community. Hours: full-time – 37.5 hours per week (must be available to work various shifts Mon-Sun on a 7-day, 4-week rota)
Contract length: permanent
Salary: £9.67 per hour
Your role will be to lead a team of Cleaner-Caretakers to clean the site and facilities to a high standard. You’ll prepare spaces for hire and secure the site at the end of the day. You will support the delivery of the room hire service, ensure that there are adequate supplies of cleaning materials and introduce visitors to housekeeping arrangements. You and your team will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that an excellent caretaking/cleaning service of all areas of the Farm is provided. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Farm and play a pivotal role in its success.
