Hours: full-time, 37.5 hours per week, all year round (7.5 hours per day, Mon to Fri, varying shift patterns between 7.30am and 6.00pm)
Salary: £18,447 per annum (£9.46 per hour)
Start date: as soon as possible

About the role

We have a friendly and dedicated team of childcare professionals in a unique setting on the Windmill Hill City Farm. Children & Family Services is at the heart of the City Farm providing opportunities for children to learn, develop, and have fun gaining a variety of life skills through a variety of play opportunities and experiences within these natural surroundings.

As Senior Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of Children & Family Services. This is an interesting and varied role which is key to the smooth running of the setting as a whole. This is a unique environment to work in and it’s important that you have a positive attitude and an interest in farm life and the community charity work that we do.


You will need at least 2 years’ experience in senior administration, experience of managing a small team, excellent oral and written communication skills and be well-organised and methodical. Experience in a childcare setting and knowledge of good childcare practice would be a distinct advantage.
