Windmill Hill City Farm is managed by a volunteer board of trustees and we rely very much on the help of volunteers to maintain and develop our activities.

Volunteers can gain valuable experience, training and fulfilment from working at the Farm, along with encouragement and support from our staff and other volunteers.

Types of work available
We have a wide range of volunteering opportunities including:

• looking after our animals
• tending the gardens
• café work
• maintenance
• marketing
• administration
• running events
• fundraising
