I’m an adult education tutor with a surreal take on life, and not
much hair.
I used to experiment with an SLR camera when I was a student in the eighties,
taking fairly abstract images, messing about with filters and slow shutter
speeds, etc. I find digital cameras allow you to experiment more, without
the cost of wasted prints.
Photography to me is a form of escapism, as well as being a vital element
in documenting life and recalling memories and emotions.
This project has been fantastic, bringing together a great mix of people
of varying levels of ability and ages, to produce some brilliant pictures. |
