Banana and Choc Chip Muffins

Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
250g self raising flour
5ml spoon baking powder
50g castor sugar
50g chocolate drops
2 medium size eggs
2 bananas, mashed
150ml semi skimmed milk
75g butter, melted
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas
Mark 6. Lightly oil 10-12 muffin tins, or use muffin cases.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together then add the sugar and chocolate drops, mix to combine.
In a separate bowl mix together the eggs, bananas, milk and melted butter then pour onto the dry ingredients and stir together. Do not be tempted to over mix, the consistency can be slightly lumpy.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins or cases and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve while still warm.
