Write that Novel (8 sessions)
An 8-week novel writing course for people who are planning or have started writing a novel. Exploring advancement of plot, characterisation, location and style, as well as giving you valuable feedback along the way as you establish a routine for writing your manuscript. Please bring pen and notebook.

The Art of Indian Head Massage (7 sessions)
Whether you want to learn to massage friends and family or just learn a new skill in a safe, friendly environment, this course is for you!

Introduction to the History of Cinema (6 sessions)
This course will look at some of the key developments in cinema history. Through film clips and lively discussion wewill examine cinema from its early beginnings right up to the present and beyond.

Growing Organic Food 2: Organic Methods and Vegetable Growing (10 sessions)
vegetablesTheory and practicals on growing your own food organically, covering basic techniques like rotations, companion planting and bed systems. Also, how to grow vegetables from propagation to harvest, plus pests and diseases.

Yoga for Everyone (10 sessions)
This safe and effective yoga class includes easy movement, stretching and breathing. Suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.Come and experience how yoga can help you relax and improve a sense of well being. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Develop your Novel (8 sessions)
