Concessionary Places If you are on a means tested benefit e.g. Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, receive Pension Guarantee Credit or if you are aged 16-18 years, then you may be eligible for a concessionary rate, which is a £15 booking fee paid to the Farm.
Learner Support Fund The WEA has funds available to help people who otherwise might find it difficult to attend courses because of the cost. Individuals on income related benefits or low incomes (a household income of £15,050) can apply for course fees, childcare and exam fees. Ask for a form when you pre-book or enrol. You will need to provide three months bank statements as proof of income.
Support in the Classroom If you require support to attend a course, we will do our best to help you. This could mean; providing specialist equipment, helping with transportation, providing interpreters or signers or providing individual learning support during class. Ask us about this when you pre-book or enrol.
Crèche Places Please try to book your creche place well in advance of your course start date. You can book through farm reception. Cost will be £4.50 per session (£3.50 members) for children between 1-5 yrs.
