The Farm has a collection of many old prints of photographs ranging over the last 35 years. They are currently stored in a box. We want to make them accessible and where possible to find out what and who they are pictures of.

Purpose
  • To sort through and organise old photographic prints.
Main duties
  • Collate old photographs of Farm activities.
  • Research, where possible, the activities and people depicted in them.
  • Organise into albums or their equivalent, occasionally create displays.
  • Scan and file electronically the best of the photographs.
Person specification
  • Someone with a good eye for strong images.
  • Capable of designing and implementing a photographic archive.
  • Able to research into past events.
  • Some knowledge of the history of the Farm would be an advantage.
Time commitment required
It is estimated that this post will require up to 4 hours per week over quite a few weeks. The work must be carried out on site.
