The Farm has over 300 active Members and Friends whose details are recorded in an electronic database that needs constant maintenance. Some people pay their fees by standing order - these need to be checked to ensure that paid-up members are properly registered.

With a 35 year history the Farm has accrued many, many files and records – some of which are no longer valuable or relevant. They need to be sorted and those that are useful properly archived.

The Farm runs half a dozen major events each year that require distribution of publicity. This is most effective when a large number of people deliver to a small number of houses.

The Farm has a collection of many old prints of photographs ranging over the last 35 years. They are currently stored in a box. We want to make them accessible and where possible to find out what and who they are pictures of.
