Celebrating 30 Years at Windmill Hill City Farm
Windmill Hill City Farm was 30 years old in September 2006.

We are celebrating this special anniversary from April 2006 right the way through to March 2007. Watch out for details of our celebration events on the Farm notice boards. 

In the mean time we are looking for volunteers to join in the ongoing organisation of our anniversary and events. Please get in touch if you want to get involved in any way or if you have any hidden talents to showcase! 

We want anyone who uses the Farm, has used our services in the past or has been involved in any way at all, no matter how small, to join in the celebrations.

The Farm delivers over 50 services every week to members of the local community and beyond and this year provides a fantastic opportunity to showcase what we do and the enormous contribution of individual members of the community, service users, volunteers and staff, as well as reach out to people who don't currently take advantage of the opportunities available here.


Have you been involved in some way in the Farm's life either as a service user, customer, volunteer or member of staff or Management Committee over the last 30 years? Perhaps you know someone who has? If so, tell us about it!

Do you have special memories or photographs of the Farm over the last 30 years? If you do please tell us about it. We plan to digitally archive as much material as possible covering the Farm's history and make it available on our website for anyone to access, but we need your help to make sure we gather as much material as possible.
